RON BENDER:

Ron Bender started Bender's Legal Service in 1987 as a full service attorney service. The business expanded in 1992 with the addition of Bender & Associates, a CA private investigation company specializing in the location of witnesses, defendants and judgment debtors.

In 1993 Legal Research Services Investigations, Inc., dba LRS Investigations and Collection Alternatives, Inc, a specialized collection agency, were formed. In January 1997, Bender's Legal Service and Legal Research Services Investigations, Inc. merged into its present configuration.

PHYLLIS ARMENTA:

Phyllis Armenta has been involved in the process serving business since 1985 and has been with Bender's Legal Service since 1990 and became a partner in 1992. In 1993 she earned her paralegal certificate and became a Notary. Since the merger in 1997 she has acquired her PI License and become more involved with that aspect of the business.

KENNETH SMITH:

Kenneth Smith graduated from SJSU with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Psychology. Since 1989 Kenneth has been a registered Process server and started with Bender's Legal service in 1992. At the beginning of 1999, Kenneth became a partner in the business and is in charge of the Process Serving and Court Filing division.
